For any payment made through online payment gateway, refund/ cancellation will not be available.

c) Without the prior written authorization of Amigos Braodband Pvt Ltd, the Amigos Braodband trademark and logo may not be used, and they may not be used in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits the Company, the logo, or the Site.

You undertake not to change the Information in any way and to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions that are relevant to any Information. 3. Create false headers or otherwise tamper with identifiers to mask the source of any content sent through the service.

6. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make content that contains computer code, files, or programmes that are intended to disrupt, disable, or restrict the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment available.
7. Disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service, interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
f) You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company and its officers, agents, co-branders, and other partners harmless from any claim, demand, liabilities, costs, damages, and attorneys' fees made by any third party related to or arising out of Information you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Site, or from and resulting from your connection to the Site, or resulting from your violation of these Terms.

a) The Company participates in Google Adsense and/or other programmes that offer adverts specifically tailored to search results based on the website content of our site. The Company and/or any of its affiliates have no control over the ads that are served by Google Adsense and/or third parties. The Company, any of its officers, employees, or any of its affiliates do not constitute or imply endorsement of any product or service by Google Adsense or any other party, nor do their advertisements.

Before sending any money, incurring any expenses, or making a legally binding commitment regarding any advertisement on our website, users are advised to conduct appropriate research and seek appropriate advice. Any loss or damage suffered by a person as a result of that person accepting or offering to accept an invitation contained in an advertisement on our website shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
